本書基于道路交通事故賠償案件,通過設計適合中國法院的民事智能輔助案件處理系統,采用實證分析的研究方法對人工智能在我國司法審判實踐中的應用進行了定性和定量分析。本書結合中國國情,特別是結合司法實踐中出現的審判效率和審判質量的問題,研究該系統在事實確定、法律適用和法律推理方面的應用優勢和不足,希望在提高效率的同時,實現“類案同判”的目的,解決我國目前司法實踐面臨的困難和挑戰。

人工智能與中國司法審判的智能化 作者簡介
張娟娟,法學博士,西南科技大學法學院講師,在墨西哥科利馬大學做過訪問學者,本科、碩士、博士分別畢業于天津大學、西南政法大學和澳門大學。從事國際法和人工智能法學方向研究,主持和參與省部級、地廳級項目若干項,公開發表期刊論文20余篇。
