陳健,教授級高工。中鐵十四局集團副總工程師、首席專家,國內知名大盾構專家,主要從事大盾構越江隧道項目技術管理及科研攻關工作。獲“中國土木工程詹天佑創新集體”“茅以升鐵道工程師”“山東省優秀發明人”“江蘇省十大職工操作法”“山東省優秀青年知識分子”等榮譽稱號。 閔凡路,博士,河海大學副教授,碩士生導師,香港科技大學訪問學者,入選河海大學“大禹學者”計劃。主要從事水下盾構隧道、城市地鐵等方面的科研與教學工作。主持國家自然科學基金2項、國家973計劃項目子課題等縱向課題5項,主持或參與南京長江隧道、南京緯三路過江隧道、揚州瘦西湖隧道、南水北調中線穿黃隧道、武漢過江地鐵等10余項大直徑水下盾構隧道及城市地鐵的科技創新工作;發表論文60余篇,其中SCI/EI論文30篇;出版專著1部;授權發明專利16項;獲得省部級科技進步獎一等獎1項。
