Consumption Upgrade and Economic Prosperity 作者簡介
荊林波,男,筆名凌波,1966年4月出生,山西臨猗人,中國社會科學院評價研究院院長,研究員,博士生導師。1988年7月參加工作。在廈門大學獲經濟學學士、經濟學碩士學位;于中國社會科學院獲經濟學博士學位。曾任中國社會科學院財政與貿易經濟研究所電子商務研究室主任、所長助理等職務。2009年5月任中國社會科學院財政與貿易經濟研究所副所長。2012年2月任中國科學院財經戰略研究院副院長。2014年3月任中國社會科學評價中心副主任。2015年5月任中國社會科學評價中心主任(正局級)。2017年9月任中國社會科學院評價研究院院長。享受國務院特殊津貼專家,新世紀“百千萬人才工程”重量人選,獲“有突出貢獻中青年專家”榮譽稱號。曾榮獲孫冶方經濟科學獎、萬典武商業經濟學獎等多項獎勵。
