隨著世界經濟一體化步伐的加快，加入WTO后的中國在各個領域對外開放的
深度和廣度不斷拓展，中國與世界各國的經濟貿易往來日益增多，在新的形勢下，對
既具有國際經濟貿易專業知識又具備良好的外語能力的復合型人才的需求也日趨增
長。培養一批具備外語和國際經濟貿易專業知識并能將它們融會貫通的復合型人才
就成為我國各高校的迫切任務之一。因此，編寫此書的目的就是讓學生一方面掌握
國際貿易專業知識，另一方面提高專業外語水平，從而增強學生使用外語從事國際經
濟貿易等活動的能力，滿足社會對復合型人才的需求。
我們在從事國際貿易實務雙語教學的過程中發現教材的選擇較難：純中文教材
不利于學生專業外語水平的提高；純英文教材不利于學生對專業知識的全面掌握。
有一些教材在內容上不夠完整，結構上不夠合理，語言上有些難度，不適合高職高專
院校使用。還有一些教材沒有配備練習題，只有國際貿易實務的相關知識以及一些
很好的閱讀材料，因此使用這些教材的教學效果不顯著。為滿足高職高專教育對財
經類國際貿易專業教材的需求，同時根據教育部關于全國高職高專教學評估有關精
神和教育部關于精品課程教材建設的有關要求，我們編寫了本書。
本書具有以下幾個特點：
(1)本書的結構合理、體系完整，在內容上注意外貿專業知識、實際業務操作以
及英語運用三者之間的密切配合。
(2)本書的內容充實，而且在組織上選用國際*新資料，實用性強。
(3)本書形式獨特、新穎。每一章的開始有學習目標；每一章的每一節后面有課
堂討論、專業術語練習；每一章的后面還有本章小結、關鍵詞匯、配套練習題和與該章
內容密切相關的閱讀材料；同時提供了3套綜合測試題。如此豐富的設置非常有利
于學生掌握專業外語知識，并提高學生的專業外語應用能力。
(4)本書的語言淺顯易懂，而且每一章后面配有關鍵詞匯，所以建議在學習每一
章之前首先熟悉專業詞匯，從而收到良好的學習效果。
(5)本書每一章后面的大量豐富的練習題以及閱讀材料都配有參考答案，而且
提供正文的參考譯文，這些都在隨書配備的光盤中，以便教師教學和學生學習之用。
本書不僅可作為各高等院校國際貿易、商務英語等專業的雙語教學教材，也可作
為專業外語課的教材。
本書共十二章，由郝美彥擔任主編，朱麗萍擔任副主編，山西財經大學國際貿易
學院院長呂春城教授主審，參編人員有高美毅、李穎。具體編寫分工如下：**、二、

技術學院高美毅編寫，第七、八、十章由山西財經大學國際貿易學院朱麗萍編寫，第九
章由山西大學商務學院李穎編寫。
在編寫本書的過程中，我們參考并借鑒了國內外諸多專家、學者的研究成果和大
量的文獻資料，以及一些商業網站的資料，并得到了東北財經大學出版社和山西省財
政稅務專科學校的領導、老師的大力支持，在此一并表示衷心的感謝!

Under CIF terms． it is the seller wh0 arranges insurance with an insurance company．
Under the terms as FOB，CFR，the buyer effeets insurance，but he may ask the seUer to
lllTange insurallce on behalf of the buyer． An in$uTance policy is isSUed when goods are
in8uted．but it is also usual f=0r certificate 0f insurance t0 be issued fbr documentary
purposes． An insurance policy is actually a contract， serving as eVidence 0f the
arrangement between the insurer and the person taking out insurance． It fbNTIS part 0f the

In completing the insurance contract--the insurance policy--either party， buyer or
seUer，will andergo difierent steps，they are：
